A budget, manual cutting table for made-to-measure bug screens and/or roller blinds with a guided, electric rotary cutter. This table can be upgraded with an ultrasonic cutter for making cuts with a sealed edge. The manual table is a low cost solution for cutting a low to medium number of made to measure panels and constant roll changes.
